Jubilee Family Chiropractic is now **Jubilee Spine!**

Our name has changed, but our commitment to helping Charlottesville families move better, hurt less, and live fully hasn't.

As our practice continues to evolve, we're placing an even greater emphasis on helping people not only find relief from pain, but also build the strength, confidence, and movement capacity to get back to doing the things they love.

💗 MEET THE GUT GIRLS 💗

We’re excited to welcome Diana Murray and Angela Scopel-Levick, the women behind Gut Girls, to Jubilee Fest!

Gut Girls was created to help women better understand what their bodies may be trying to tell them. Through education, lab-informed coaching, and personalized support, Diana and Angela help people explore the root causes behind ongoing digestive concerns and build practical, sustainable habits for better health. 🌱

For Diana, this work is personal. After spending years searching for answers to unexplained symptoms, she experienced her own health transformation with Angela’s guidance. That journey inspired the two of them to join forces and help others feel more informed, supported, and confident in caring for their health.

Today, Diana is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, and Angela brings her experience in chiropractic care, nutrition, and whole-body wellness. Together, they make gut health feel understandable, approachable, and a lot less overwhelming. 😅

At Jubilee Fest, they’ll be sharing simple, helpful insights about gut health, and answering some of the questions you may have been afraid to ask!

Have you ever wondered why some people have severe arthritis on an MRI and little to no pain, while others have intense pain with relatively normal imaging?

Modern pain science has taught us that pain is far more complex than simply “damage equals pain.”

In this video, I explain:
✅ Why pain is always real
✅ Why pain doesn’t always reflect the amount of tissue damage
✅ How sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and inflammation influence pain
✅ Why your nervous system can become overprotective
✅ How understanding pain can actually become one of the first steps toward recovery

My hope is that this video helps replace fear with understanding and gives you hope that, even if you’ve been hurting for a long time, you’re not necessarily broken—and your body is often far more adaptable than you realize.
