We provide caregiver and nursing services to people with intellectual & developmental disabilities which include down syndrome, autism, and many other developmental delay diagnoses. Burks Supportive Living is license by DIDD Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to provide services to individuals through the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waivers within the East TN region.
