Hey Wholesome friends! I'm excited to announce the launch of my new service 🍀 Postpartum Wellness Packages 🍀

Being a new parent is tough, and sometimes just a little extra help and nourishment is all we need to feel a little bit more normal again! While I do not offer overnight care (I have little people of my own), I want to make sure birthing folks have opportunities to experience the level of care that they deserve. This desire led me to offering a spectacular postpartum service. By getting your dinner ready and getting baby chores done, your nights and days will sail by smoother and you will feel the strain of parenthood lessen.

Now booking all days 5-9pm, reach out to (423) 762-3789 for your phone consult!

Today is World Maternal Mental Health Day

1 in 5 women experience mental health challenges during pregnancy or in the first year after birth, yet so many suffer in silence.

Let’s change that.
Let’s talk about the hard parts too.
Because sharing helps other mums feel less alone.

Asking for help is one of the strongest things you can do.
And taking care of your mental health is one of the best things you can do for you and your babies.

You’re not alone.
