Well here's a fresh take on the Lord's prayer... & in my opinion, quite spot on.
Although I never would have thought of this, it does go along w/ what I've said for years, the Bible is a Health message.
The dos/don'ts are for our Mental & Physical health as much as for our Spiritual.
Like Dr. Daniel Amen, I pray when I meditate as well, only mine is during Neurofeedback.
The benefits from praying are enhanced thanks to LENS freeing the brain (and the body) to communicate at better, optimal levels.

7 years ago when I met RAD, no one believed that but after I had to learn Neurofeedback, I was able to do just that. Still too many that don't believe, don't care, since my kids now have a future.
On a side note... at that time, I was told I had a really bad case of PTSD myself. But I never served I said, it was from RAD.
One nurse said I was like every parent she had ever met on the Peds Oncology unit she used to work on.
I was mad, grieving, furious, I would have done whatever I could to save my son... just like those parents for their kids.
When I started doing Neurofeedback on myself as well.
You don't have to live in Trauma... neither do your kids.
Get Neurofeedback!
Especially LENS, the type I practice.
You can have your life back if not better.
