Meet Healing In Harmony's Tree of Life, created for this year's Glocester Scarecrow Festival!

Inspired by nature and brought to life with a little creativity and a whole lot of love. 🌳

The Tree of Life holds a special meaning for me. It represents growth, strength, connection, and the roots that ground us as we move through life's many seasons.

Since 1999, Healing In Harmony has been a place for people to come together, experience healing, find support, and grow along their own journeys.

Creating her has been such a meaningful experience, and I'm so happy to share her with the community that has been part of our journey for so many years.

Thirty years of experience, and still finding new ways to learn, create, and grow.

That is something we truly appreciate about Kim Sanzi.

With 30 years as a licensed esthetician, Kim brings an incredible depth of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to her work at Healing In Harmony.

Throughout her career, she has continued to expand her education, explore advancements in skincare, and bring new techniques and treatments into her practice.

What makes Kim's work especially interesting is her creativity. She genuinely enjoys developing different experiences for her clients, combining her knowledge of skin health with new approaches and techniques.

Her expertise includes advanced corrective skincare, dermaplaning, chemical peels, sculpting facials, and innovative treatments such as LuminFusion, along with seasonal specialty facials and customized skincare experiences.

As a Dermalogica Expert, Kim understands that our skin is constantly changing. Her years of experience allow her to recognize individual concerns, offer thoughtful guidance, and help people better understand how to care for their skin.

But beyond the treatments themselves, there is a genuine passion for the work she does.

Even after three decades, Kim continues to approach her profession with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to keep learning. She embraces the opportunity to introduce something new while drawing upon the knowledge and experience she has developed over the years.

Getting to Know Kimberly Cole at Healing In Harmony

There is a depth to reflexology that many people have yet to discover, and sharing that understanding is something Kimberly Cole is truly passionate about.

Kimberly is a National Board Certified Reflexologist, Reiki Master Teacher, and President of the Reflexology Association of Rhode Island (RARI).

Her dedication to reflexology extends far beyond her own practice. Through her involvement with RARI, she works to bring greater awareness, education, recognition, and respect to a profession that is often misunderstood.

And there is so much more to reflexology than many people realize.

Reflexology is not a foot massage. It is a specialized practice with its own principles, techniques, and extensive areas of study.

Kimberly's work includes foot, hand, facial, and ear reflexology, along with combinations of these approaches. Her continued education has also taken her into specialized techniques for working with pain and discomfort, as well as Zone Face Lift, a unique treatment incorporating facial reflexology, crystal tools, and natural lifting techniques.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, Kimberly can also incorporate energy work into her sessions, drawing upon her knowledge and training to meet each person's individual needs.

Reflexology is rooted in the understanding that the body is interconnected. Through intentional pressure applied to specific reflex points, the practice seeks to encourage deep relaxation, ease tension, and support an overall sense of well-being.

But what we especially appreciate about Kimberly is her genuine enthusiasm for sharing what she knows.

She loves to educate, answer questions, and help people better understand not only the work they are receiving, but the possibilities within reflexology itself.

Getting to Know Joanne at Healing In Harmony

There is something special about someone who has spent more than 25 years working with the body and still continues to study, learn, and deepen their understanding of it.

Joanne brings that kind of dedication to her work.

With over 25 years of massage therapy experience, extensive education, and advanced certifications, Joanne has developed a deep understanding of how the different systems of the body connect and influence one another.

One of her greatest areas of expertise is TMJ massage, a field she has devoted several years to studying. Her work explores the connections between the jaw, fascia, nervous system, posture, and the patterns of tension we carry throughout the body.

Her knowledge extends into Craniosacral Fascial Therapy and Thai Abdominal Massage, along with Ashiatsu, Prenatal Massage, and her own massage experience, Sense of Healing.

Beyond her education and experience, Joanne has a genuinely kind and gentle nature. She takes the time to listen, observe, and understand what each person may need in that moment, allowing her experience and intuition to guide each session with care and intention.

Is there someone or something you would like held in prayer?

Sometimes there are things happening in our lives, in the lives of those we love, or in the world around us that leave us wishing we could do a little more.

Prayer is one way we can come together with love, compassion and intention.

This Sunday, October 11th, at 2:00 p.m., we will gather at Sacred Lights Center for our monthly **Sacred Lights Infusion Prayer Ceremony**.

This is a guided spiritual gathering, with moments of quiet reflection and space for each person to offer their own prayers silently.

Together, we hold intentions for healing, peace, strength, comfort and whatever may be needed.

And something especially meaningful about this ceremony is that the prayers don't simply end when our gathering is over.

The gathering may come to an end, but the prayers remain held in the light.

Whether you are seeking a moment of peace, holding someone you love in your heart, or simply feel called to join in prayer, you are welcome.

There is no cost to participate.

There is a part of the work I offer at Healing In Harmony that I don't talk about nearly as much as I probably should.

Over the years, my own path has led me deeper into understanding healing, energy and what it means to truly know ourselves. My training with the Modern Mystery School and the lineage of King Salomon has become an important part of that journey and of the work I share with others.

I believe in this work because I have experienced it myself.

And while these offerings may be less familiar than massage or traditional Reiki, there is a depth and purpose to each of them that can be difficult to put into just a few words.

**Life Activation**

A one-on-one activation designed to help awaken more of your potential. It supports greater vitality, clarity, focus and purpose, while helping you connect more deeply with yourself and bring forward gifts and abilities that may not yet be fully expressed.

**Ensofic Reiki™**

A healing modality that supports greater balance and alignment. Potential benefits include pain and stress relief, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, greater clarity, emotional healing and support for the body's natural healing and recovery process.

**Hermetic Rebalancing**

A three-session series based on the Seven Hermetic Principles. This work focuses on clearing and rebalancing the seven layers of the energy field, helping to clear mental clutter and confusion that can cloud our perception and supporting greater clarity, awareness and a new perspective on ourselves and our lives.

I don't believe healing is one-size-fits-all.

Sometimes we need support for the physical body. Sometimes we need stillness. And sometimes we are ready to look a little deeper.

These three offerings are part of what that deeper work has come to mean for me.

You don't have to understand it all before experiencing it. You can simply be curious.
