No one is questioning your ability to care for your children.

We are questioning your dedication to yourself in that role.

Are you showing up for you just as much as you are for them?!

If not, you are NOT alone.

Many of us are isolated, lonely, and sacrificing ourselves to be everything to everyone we love because we feel like it's the right thing to do

BUT truth is ,

everyone needs to see us fully!

They need to see us happy

They need to see us rested

They need to see us set boundaries and goals

They need to see us achieve them

So that they can believe in their ability to dream too

You set the tone

Intentional Postpartum healing is key as it helps regulate your hormones , fully heal your womb and spine, manage pain and release your mind from being stuck in the incubator phase and releases you to be the butterfly that you are.
