✨🌿 ONE WHOLE YEAR OF THE NOOK 🌿✨

Almost 2 months late (lol), but life has been lifing and the last few months have been a whirlwind! Between all the beautiful, messy, unexpected moments life has brought, I couldn’t let this milestone go by without celebrating it 🥹🤍

One whole year of The Nook Family Chiropractic! What started as a dream has grown into something even more special than I could have imagined. This little space, this community, and the connections I’ve made along the way mean more to me than words can say

Thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors, trusted me with your care, referred a friend, shared a post, or supported this dream in any way. You have made this first year everything I could have dreamed of and MORE 💫

The Nook has always been about more than chiropractic. It’s about connection, community, and creating a space where healing feels like home. And getting to do that every day is something I’ll never take for granted 🤍

✨🌿 Welcome Baby Meyers 🌿✨

This September, one of the sweetest and most life changing chapters of our lives began… we welcomed our very own little nookling into the world! 🥹🤍

For so long I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside other mamas through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum at The Nook. Getting to experience those chapters myself has given me an even deeper appreciation for the strength of a mother’s body, the beauty of birth, and just how much support matters along the way 🤰

Being a mama has already changed me in so many ways, both personally and as a chiropractor. It’s reminded me why I built The Nook to be a space where families feel supported, connected, and cared for through every chapter. Because behind every pregnancy, every birth, and every little one is a family navigating one of the biggest transitions of their lives ✨

I’m so excited to share more of our journey with you all, and I can’t wait to get back to the office and continue caring for your families, too! Thank you for giving us the space to soak up these precious first weeks together 💕🎀

✨🌿 A little life update from The Nook 🌿✨

At the beginning of September, we welcomed our sweet little girl into the world, and we’ve been soaking up every second of this new chapter as a family of 3 (or 4, including her fur big sister, Olive 🐾🤍)

Life has looked a little different lately, and I’m definitely playing catch up over here on Instagram! Thank you all so much for your patience, love, and support as we’ve taken this time to adjust to life with our newest little Nookling 🥹

There is something incredibly special about walking alongside a mom through pregnancy and then getting to celebrate the moment their newest little one finally arrives 🩵
