Have you ever felt the urge to hide your gifts, soften your voice, or shrink so others feel comfortable? 🌙

You may be carrying the witch wound.

It’s an inherited, collective imprint from centuries of persecuting women who were healers, intuitives, and truth-tellers. Many of us still carry that old survival code in our bodies:

🔥 Feeling anxious or unsafe being seen
🔥 Keeping your intuition or spiritual practices hidden
🔥 A tight throat or heavy chest when you try to speak your truth
🔥 People-pleasing and playing small
🔥 Wariness of authority or of other women

That fear made sense once. You’re safe to come out of hiding now.

This month’s Breakthrough Circle is devoted to healing the witch wound. Together we’ll:

A small women's circle, held in my home in Cheshire, CT. We blend essential oils, sound, somatic movement, EFT tapping, and vocal work to release what's heavy and reconnect with what's true.

As I pack up my home I’ve lived in for almost 17years, it’s reminded me of all the classes I’ve taken. Certifications, workshops, retreats, etc… I forget many times how much I’ve studied learned and applied in mine and my clients lives.

Although Feng Shui isn’t as prominent in my career these last couple years, it truly is how I see life and the world.

I remember one of my favorite teachers, Alex Stark telling us, BE the bagua🙏🏼 You are a living bagua. When you enter a space feel it and you will impact it just by showing up☯️

My healing teacher also taught us, a healer heals just by their presence. It is a state of being not doing🙏🏼

Twenty four years later, I couldn’t agree more!

I value knowledge very much and have spent years and thousands of dollars learning and expanding my understanding of the Universe, energy and consciousness. I will never stop wanting to learn and grow as a human being.

I’ve said many times the more I learn the more I realize I know nothing☺️

Never ever think you or anyone else has all the answers because they don’t. We can only know and understand what we are ready to open our minds to.

Also, remember that nothing will come into your awareness if you are not ready to know it🙏🏼✌🏼🫶🏼

Your soul is guiding your every step. Even if you don’t feel ready to know something or accept it your soul is calling you to rise higher and clear what is keeping you from soaring💫 Trust it🌟

Hey My Friends!

It's been awhile since I've posted here, but I have some exciting news to share with all of you!

If you haven't heard of the movie that came out on July 4th called , The Sound of Freedom, you need to check it out. I haven't seen it yet myself, but I recently learned about it from a friend and have been watching interviews and many clips about it. It's about child s*x slavery. The statistics are staggering! We cannot stay complacent to this horrifying issue. I'm so glad that these brave people are shedding light on this huge and heart breaking problem in our world. As they say in the movie, "God's Children are not for Sale." No they are not!

I have been so moved by this movie's message that I said to myself and a close friend I need to be involved with a non-profit and do some of my soul's work on a bigger level.

No lie, the next day I got a text from a friend asking me to help her and another woman with a non-profit! Seriously Spirit works fast!!

Frankly, she asked me several years ago to take this non-profit over, but I just didn't have the time to do it. Nor did I feel I had the expertise.

She found a lovely soul to do it. The 3 of us met last week and we had a wonderful and inspiring connection. She shared what she has been doing in the Bridgeport schools and pre-Covid in the libraries too.

This dear woman has been teaching mindfulness and yoga to the youth of Bridgeport. She has created calm rooms for these sessions to happen. She has asked me to help Feng Shui the rooms. I'm very excited to me apart of this project. I can see the need for every school to have a calm room, a space where kids and frankly the teachers and administration can come to recenter and find some peace and calm.

I'm putting it out to my community to see who might be interested in helping us to grow this project as we believe every school and business for that matter needs a calm and safe space to breathe, stretch and find some peace within during the stormy days.
