Constant stress shouldn’t be your normal.

When stress feels never-ending, your nervous system stays “on,” which can affect everything from your sleep and recovery to your overall wellness. Acupuncture helps your body shift to a more balanced state by encouraging healthy nervous system function.

Acupuncture works by sending calming signals into your body through specific points, helping you relax, increasing circulation, and promoting deeper breathing.

Give your body the chance to rest and repair 😌

How often should you do Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy?🤔

The good news - you don’t have to spend hours in the chamber to notice the benefits. Just a 20-25 minute session supports circulation, reduces inflammation, increases immune function, and supports your body’s natural healing process.

You don’t have to be recovering to benefit from Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy. Focused on healthy aging? A once or twice-a-week session will have you feeling more energized and refreshed, all while supporting healthy aging from the inside out.

What if your skin could actually improve - not just look frozen in place?

Cosmetic acupuncture works by stimulating your body’s natural collagen and elastin production, increasing circulation, and improving skin tone from the inside out. Fine lines soften. Puffiness reduces. Skin becomes firmer, brighter, and more lifted - without toxins and without losing your ability to make expressions.

It also addresses what surface-level treatments can’t: dullness, texture, laxity, and the underlying imbalances that affect how your skin ages in the first place.

This isn’t about masking. It’s about actually building healthier skin over time - and keeping the results.

If you’ve been looking for something that works with your body instead of against it, this might be the shift you’ve been waiting for.

Step inside the chamber with us.

This is our Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber - and this is what a session actually looks like. From the technology that controls the pressure, to how you get in, to what it feels like once you’re settled.
No mystery. No intimidation. Just a comfortable space where your body receives oxygen at levels it can’t access under normal conditions. Most patients relax, scroll, read, or even nap during their session.

The exciting part? The therapy doesn’t stop when you step out of the chamber. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) creates an oxygen-rich environment that supports your body’s natural healing processes, and those repair mechanisms continue long after your session is over. In many ways, the real work begins after you leave the chamber, as your body utilizes that oxygen to support recovery and healing.

Curious if Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy could be part of your wellness journey? We’d love to answer your questions and help you determine if it’s the right fit for you.

Shoulder injuries are stubborn for a reason - the rotator cuff has limited blood supply, which makes it hard for your body to complete the healing process on its own.

Prolozone therapy delivers ozone and nutrients directly into the damaged tissue, increasing oxygen at the cellular level, reducing inflammation, and triggering the repair your shoulder hasn’t been able to do.

Unlike cortisone, which masks pain but can weaken tissue over time, Prolozone supports actual regeneration. Many patients notice real improvement within a week. If rest and stretching haven’t worked, this might be why.

If your pain keeps coming back - or never fully left - there’s a reason.

Rest helps. Stretching helps. But when the underlying issue was never truly addressed, your body stays stuck in a cycle of partial healing and repeated setbacks.

Shockwave therapy works by reactivating that stalled process. It increases circulation, breaks up scar tissue, and signals your body to start repairing what it stopped responding to.

Swipe through to see how it works, what we treat with it, and how to know if it’s the right next step for you.

Your immune system is about to work overtime. Give it a head start.

As the seasons shift, your body faces more - colder temperatures, less sunlight, more time indoors, and increased exposure to whatever’s going around. Ozone IV therapy helps prepare your system before it’s already under stress.

It works by increasing oxygen at the cellular level, supporting immune function, reducing inflammation, and helping your body detox more efficiently. Think of it as giving your cells the tools they need to stay resilient when the season demands more from them. This isn’t damage control. It’s getting ahead of itself.
