A soft welcome to fall 🍂

As the season begins to turn, I find myself thinking about the quiet invitations of fall:

To slow down.
To soften.
To release.

The fall equinox has arrived, a moment of balance between light and dark, and a gentle reminder that change doesn’t have to be rushed.
Perhaps this season is an invitation to come inward. To listen a little more closely. To make space to breathe, rest, and reflect.

This is the heart of The Sanctuary.

A space to pause.
To exhale.
To return to yourself.

If you haven’t yet given yourself some quiet, healing time at The Sanctuary, I’d love to welcome you.

And if you’re already part of this little community, thank you for being here. It means more than you know.

With gratitude,
Tiffany

Want to be included in the monthly (maybe semi, maybe quarterly) email? Send me your info!
Here is this month’s update!

A little note from The Sanctuary…

A month in, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful.
Thank you for choosing to spend your time at The Sanctuary, for trusting me with your care, and for allowing this space to begin becoming what I envisioned it could be.
A place to slow down.
To soften.
To breathe.
To return to yourself.
Your support has made this first month so meaningful, and I’m deeply grateful for every person who has supported me.

A few things to share as we move into the season ahead:

Gift certificates are now available!
A little time to rest and be cared for can be a beautiful gift. Gift certificates are now available for those who would like to share The Sanctuary with someone special. These handwritten and tied with a bow delights can be picked up, delivered locally or mailed. To purchase or inquire simply send me an email: [email protected]

More evening + weekend hours are coming this fall.
For now, I’m keeping my schedule a little more spacious through the summer. I hope you’ll take this season as an invitation to slow down, enjoy the longer days, and savor whatever summer holds for you.
And if you’re ready for a session but don’t see a time that works with your schedule,
please reach out (and I truly mean that!)
I’m always happy to see if we can find a time that works.

Lastly, giving back.
As you may (or may not) know, the investment for all services at The Sanctuary is all-inclusive, meaning enhancements and gratuity are already included.
But because my clients have a history of being incredibly generous, I’ve created
The Sanctuary Inner Circle.
A collective offering of care, blooming from additional gratuity that I personally match, created to make the experience of The Sanctuary more accessible to those who may need a little extra support.
Through the generosity of our Sanctuary community, sessions can be gifted to someone who could benefit from intentional time to rest, reconnect, and be cared for. If you would like to nominate a deserving recipient please email me. All parties will remain anonymous.

Thank you for being part of the beginning of
The Sanctuary.
It means more than you know.
With deep gratitude,
Tiffany

Nearly two years ago, I sent an email.

It came from a place where I felt lost, ungrounded, and without purpose. I was reaching for something familiar, the work I had known for many years, but more than that, I was reaching to reconnect with myself and with others.

On the other end of that email was, unexpectedly, a lovely human I had known for years.

She responded with a warmth that felt like a quiet embrace, as if to say, “I’ve got you.” And she did.

Jen welcomed me into her beautiful space, connected me with her team, and gently helped me find my footing again. She met me with patience, kindness, flexibility, and compassion: holding space for me as I reconnected with myself, my purpose, and my path.

And when the time came for me to move forward and expand into my own practice, she met me there too, with nothing but support and encouragement.

I’m not certain she knows the depth of her generosity or the impact she’s had on my life, but I hope she does.

And for anyone who feels lost, lonely, or unsure of their purpose, reach out. You are not alone.

Because on the other end of an email or a call, you just might find a Jen.

my heart is open and full of gratitude as a new journey begins.
