Location: Nagpur

Shift: Night Shift Only

Kayal Health is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to manage laboratory results and coordinate patient follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret laboratory results
• Identify abnormal or critical findings
• Communicate results and recommendations to patients
• Adjust treatment plans within the applicable scope of practice
• Order additional testing or referrals when necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Qualifications:

• Active NP or PA license
• Experience reviewing and interpreting laboratory results preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and applicable clinical regulations
• Must be available and willing to work the night shift
