As part of our second anniversary celebration, Stephanie 'sk' Koprince and i took a stained glass 101 class at Mellow Maker here in Rogers Park and had a BLAST. Kade was a patient and clear instructor who made learning a new skill feel approachable and fun, our fellow students were hilarious and supportive, and i absolutely love what we made. It's been 5 whole years of No Stress Nutrition! While I desperately wish that I had the mental or emotional bandwidth to speak fluently about the many highs and the occasional lows of this adventure...it's 2026 and I just don't have it in me to ramble. I'm so grateful to be doing this work and hope to continue it for a long, long time to come.
