In collaboration with The Conservation Foundation and in partnership with the Kane County Nature Rx Coalition, I have had the opportunity to cocreate audio recordings for Wandering with Wonder 🌀

Wandering with Wonder is a series of self-paced prompts inspired by the practice of forest bathing that you can use anywhere in nature. It is a wellness experience that invites you to notice the rhythms of nature and connect to the place you are in through your senses.

If you have ever enjoyed being guided by my voice, here is a gift for you. Links to both Spanish and English recordings can be found in my bio.

If you ever find yourself in the following preserves, you can also find guided signage with the audio recordings:

In collaboration with Alex Williams | Greenspell we are creating this two part series

July 28th - Part 1 grounds us in the practice of forest bathing. Connecting ourselves to our inner worlds, and our outer worlds (our human community and the more than human world). This is an opportunity to slow down and reset, giving us a moment to see the world with a new perspective perhaps. This experience will take place at LaBagh Woods.

July 30th - Part 2 is a discussion on how can we tune into our connection to nature and become inspired by our relationship to the trees, the birds, the wind, the waters, and more, and bring their presence into our healthcare spheres. Healthcare in its westernized traditional and nontraditional sense. Participants are invited to bring a nature being for part 2, see registration for more details.
