A little reminder from the natural world that transformation is a process 🌿

We can learn from what has shaped us, tend to the parts of ourselves that are still healing, and make space for new beginnings without rushing ourselves through the in-between.

Not every ending needs to be feared. Not every wound needs to be hidden. And not every new beginning requires us to have it all figured out.

Sometimes, growth looks like getting honest with ourselves about what we’re ready to release, what needs our attention, and what we’re finally ready to welcome in.

A little reminder to honor where you’ve been, give yourself grace for where you are, and stay open to who you’re becoming. ✨
