Happy happy New Year 2024! Hopefully in this new year you plan to prioritize caring for "self" just like you care for others! We haven't been active on social media lately but we have been actively serving our clients daily! We're popping in to remind you that we are still here and still helping people to "reach their destination" by working on and through their "stuff" in therapy sessions!

We haven't posted in some time but we're still here and working in the community! Last month, our owner, Alishia Mercherson, LCPC was invited to speak at a Wellness Day presented by Life Renewed Harvest Ministries in Gary, IN! While there, she led a discussion on the importance of caring for our own mental health and recognizing when to seek help outside of church. She also met with some attendees privately, answered questions and provided resources, including the new 9-8-8 National Hotline for Mental Health, Su***de and Crisis!
