⚠️ “Feeling it out” may include screaming, crying, breathing, drawing, visualizing, sweating, laughing, setting things on fire, exhaustion, renewed sense of self, better posture, lying in bed with the shades drawn. Ask your doctor if you have a history of gaslighting yourself, intentional suffering, or self-sabotage.⚠️
