I spent the last 5 years dreaming about homeschooling Noah. I didn’t have the perfect curriculum and I certainly don’t have leisurely time. But I’ve learned that we make time for the things and people who are most important to us. And time is precious, so we guard our times intensely.
This year, I took a huge leap of faith, quit my job as a chef to take on entrepreneurship full time and boy has it been quite the journey. So much good as come out of it, but it has been rough to say the least. The instability, financial pressure, emotional roller coaster, having to learn 1000 new skills, getting comfortable with the things that make you the most uncomfortable, the late nights and early mornings…

This is a rough one and I’m not ok. This is a part of motherhood I wasn’t prepa
