The conference brought together healthcare leaders from across the country to discuss the evolving post-acute care landscape, including value-based care, care coordination, clinical innovation, technology, and new approaches to improving patient outcomes across the continuum.

For Medrina, it was a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues, exchange ideas, and continue conversations around how physicians, health systems, payers, and technology partners can work together to build more coordinated and effective post-acute care models.
