Happy Halloween!

10/28/2026

This is me walking in to a small business to pay for a service we never got!

The kids were off school last Friday, so that’s the day we made our son’s appointment at the barber. We woke up Friday morning and forgot all about the haircut. My husband was off too so he decided to take the boys out for a fun day about an hour away. Then a couple hours later my calendar notification pops up reminding me of the appointment. There was no way he could make it back in time. So I called the barber, cancelled the appointment, apologized, and told him I’d be right in to pay him. Tip included. It wasn’t his fault we forgot the appointment. He showed up and was there waiting on us. Today, we are rescheduling the appointment and we will pay for it again! Yes, we paid for a haircut we didn’t get and will pay for another one we will get. Because it was OUR FAULT! Stop cancelling and no-showing your small businesses! Imagine showing up to work and not getting paid!

🎉 THE GIVEAWAY WINNERS HAVE BEEN DRAWN! 🎉

You already know about our Grand Prize — and how special this one is because both the woman who was nominated AND the person who nominated her receive the Grand Prize. 💜

So today, we’re excited to officially announce:

🏆 GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

Bethany Baumgardner
Nominated by Jo Anne Quesenberry

Congratulations to BOTH Bethany and Jo Anne! 🎉

Also…

There’s something you didn’t know. 👀💜

As we read through your nominations, something became very clear.

We saw so much love, appreciation, sacrifice and kindness being poured into the women you nominated.

We watched you tell us about your moms, daughters, sisters and friends — the women who spend so much of their lives taking care of everyone else.

And honestly?

We wanted to give just a little more.

So we decided to draw TWO HEAD-SPA WINNERS! 🎉

✨ HEAD-SPA WINNER
Becky Buchanan
Nominated by Kenzie Rouse

✨ HEAD-SPA WINNER
Tracie Thompson
Nominated by Tonya Cooper

This is our little way of saying thank you for being part of something that turned into so much more than a giveaway.

To everyone who took the time to nominate someone — thank you.

Your words, your stories and the way you spoke about the people you love reminded us just how special the people in our community are.

We may have started this giveaway wanting to give someone a little time to relax…

But you all gave us something too. ❤️

Congratulations to our winners! We can’t wait to pamper you. 💜
