October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month, a time to celebrate individuals with Down syndrome, recognize their contributions, and continue building a world where everyone belongs.
But awareness is just the beginning. True inclusion means making sure people with Down syndrome have opportunities to learn, work, build friendships, make choices, and participate fully in their communities.
Let’s move beyond awareness and create a culture of acceptance every day!

Exciting news! Thrive Divergently, a wonderful new nonprofit serving the Tri-State area, is joining us at the CommUNITY Concert this Saturday!

They are working to build meaningful support groups and connections across our local neurodivergent community.
