Sometimes arguing becomes a habit that keeps you dysregulated and addicted to drama. If you find yourself always arguing ask yourself is this worth an argument or am I trying to feel something?

I learn a lot from last nights live. Thank you all for the feedback and love!

I wasn’t able to see comments and I didn’t like that because I want to engage with you all. So I will figure that out as we go along.

What do yall want to talk about next week?

Beware of people who see you as a wounded bird because they will never help you fly.

Systemic burnout occurs when a person is required to suppress themselves and move beyond their capacity to produce to ensure their financial, social, mental, or physical security. It’s deeper than burnout, it’s oppression.

Gifted children turn into burned-out adults if they are not given adequate support. Gifted children are often told that they are smart or mature for their age. Because of the perception of maturity, they don't get the support that they need and are often given more than what they can handle for their age. It's important to remember that gifted children are still children, and as a parent, you have to provide adequate support so that they can meet their needs.

Colleges and Universities are not required to follow your IEP. They will make reasonable accommodations which means that you have to be strategic with the school, you go to and the classes you take.

You may not be able to take classes at the same pace as your neurotypical peers, but don't let the time frame discourage you. Find a school that supports your learning needs and get your degree. the time will pass anyway.

Are you working with a doctor or a grifter? We have reached a point where many people are using the doctor title to mislead you into believing that they are a licensed health professional when they are not.

As a Doctor of Education, my degree focused on research and practical application and I use it to help people understand their identity and gifts and I have no problem referring you to therapy if you need it because my job is to educate not diagnose.
