‼️📣 𝑷𝑺𝑨 📣‼️

At Eclipse Float Center, massage therapy is a professional, therapeutic service provided in an environment built on trust, respect, and safety.

𝑳𝒆𝒕 𝒎𝒆 𝒃𝒆 𝒄𝒓𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓: Sexual comments, inappropriate requests, intentional sexual behavior, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated. 🚫

My new intake form highlights these expectations, but they have 👏 always 👏 existed 👏

Unpopular opinion: Massage Therapists deserve to feel just as safe and respected in their workplace as clients deserve to feel on the massage table. Is there an expected power differential in a session? Sure. But I wholeheartedly maintain that the therapist and client must be on the same page regarding boundaries for a session to be successful!

Thank you to the overwhelming majority of clients who unequivocally understand and respect what I do. 🫶

Who made it out to see the new Brick & Mortar on Main in Charlestown today?? 🙋🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

I’m so glad I got a chance to stop in after we closed up shop… talk about a labor of love! 😍 First of all: the space is HUGE. Second: there’s literally something for everyone there!

Full disclosure: there’s one case in particular I loved to see CKnowSports 😏

TUMMY TIME. GROWN-UP EDITION. 💪

We spend SO much of our time in a rounded-forward posture: working, driving, scrolling, helping our littles...

Sometimes, we just need a reset.

✨ Combat “tech neck”
✨ Wake up your back, core & glutes
✨ Open the chest & encourage better posture
✨ Help fight that dreaded hunchback
✨ Give your spine a break from being vertical

Start with just 1–5 minutes on your belly.
Breathe. Stretch. Read. Relax.

Because at Eclipse, we’re all about finding little ways to pause, reset & reconnect with your body. 🫶

** If lying on your stomach causes pain or isn’t comfortable for you, don’t force it - there are other ways to work on posture and mobility!**
