Let me just add to my last post. I have been on the upper side of 20 pounds heavier since my partial hysterectomy 15years ago. First I would go up and down 20 pounds but for the last 10years I have been up 20 pounds sometimes I would go down 10 and then back up again. Until now I was unable to loose weight no matter what I did.

If you have not heard of Dr Love the Neuroscientist out of Florida who is reversing Alzheimer's in his patience then you are missing out. He is who I followed and built my womens protocol for to help with peri menopause and menopausal issues. Not only that but the formulas I found to match his products are alot cheaper than his but still the great quality and third party tested. I have been taking Creatine and NMN for 1 month and am down 20 pounds without doing more exercising or any crazy diets. I still am searching for a great lions mane supplement to add to it for even better brain and sleep support. My brain fog is better, my concentration is better, my mood is better as well. I am not having my night sweats like I was so I am sleeping better too.

Hello Tohi family,
Who can come in this weekend for 1hr or so to try out the Total Immersion Experience for a full body nervous system reset?? I have 2 openings Saturday morning at 9am and 1030am and then I have a 1pm and 2pm. 3 services in 1 hour to calm your nervous system, boost mitochondrial energy, burn fat, bonus body contouring pain/inflammation relief!!!!
