Breast cancer can affect anyone, and knowing the importance of breast health can make a difference. Don’t put off recommended screenings, don’t ignore changes in your body, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Whether you’re a survivor, currently fighting, supporting a loved one, or simply learning more, your awareness matters.

Sick Season Is Here! Are Your Hands Clean? 🧼🫧

As we enter cold, flu, and respiratory illness season, one of the simplest ways to help protect yourself and those around you is by washing your hands!

Germs can spread quickly through everyday activities, but practicing good hand hygiene can help reduce the spread of illness.

Here are a few reminders:
* Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
* Wash before eating and after using the restroom.
Wash after coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose.
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
* Use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol when soap and water aren’t available.

Remember, prevention starts with the little things! Let’s do our part to keep our families, workplaces, schools, and communities healthy this sick season.

Clean hands. Healthy habits. Healthier communities.

Please enjoy a few snippets from yesterday’s Pink Bites & Breast Health Awareness Event!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, learned something new, shared your personal stories, and supported one another. We are grateful for the conversations, connections, and community support!

A special shoutout to Michelle Powell for her continued support and for consistently showing up for our community. We also want to recognize Karen and Dwayne Johnson of the Faith Deanna Johnson Foundation for courageously sharing their daughter Faith’s journey with ovarian cancer. Thank you for using your voices and experiences to spread awareness, educate others, and keep Faith’s legacy alive.

Events like these remind us of the importance of coming together, sharing our stories, and continuing the conversation about breast and ovarian health.

Thank you for being part of it! 🩷💙
