Your health literally doesn’t have to come with an expensive supplement stack, a complicated routine, or another restrictive diet.

Sometimes, it’s the FREE, simple habits you practice consistently that make the biggest difference. 🫶🏼

Save this list and pick 3 things to start implementing this week. You don’t need to do everything at once!

Your body deserves support, not more pressure.

Which one are YOU starting with? Drop it below!🤍

Here’s what she didn’t know was going on in her body. 👀

She assumed she had “too much stomach acid.”

So she reached for antacids, avoided certain foods, and tried to just live with it.

But sometimes, reflux isn’t a story of too much stomach acid.

Sometimes, it can be connected to not enough.

When stomach acid is low, digestion can become less efficient—especially when it comes to breaking down protein and signaling the rest of the digestive process.

And that can contribute to things like:

→ Bloating after meals
→ Burping or feeling overly full
→ Food sitting heavy
→ Gas and foul-smelling flatulence
→ Reflux symptoms, especially at night
→ Seeing undigested food in your stool
→ Changes in bowel movements

And the WHY matters.

Low stomach acid can be influenced by things like:

✨ Chronic stress
✨ Eating too quickly or while distracted
✨ Constant grazing instead of allowing digestive breaks
✨ Long-term use of acid-suppressing medications
✨ Nutrient deficiencies
✨ Poor digestive function
✨ Age-related changes
✨ Not adequately supporting the body’s overall nutritional needs

This is why I don’t want you to just “take something for reflux.”

I want to zoom out and ask:

Why isn’t your digestive system functioning optimally in the first place?

Sometimes the answer starts with the foundations:

🥩 Adequate protein + nutrient-dense foods
🧂 Sufficient minerals and electrolytes
🍋 Supporting digestion before meals when appropriate
🧘‍♀️ Getting OUT of fight-or-flight before eating
📵 Sitting down and actually slowing down while you eat
👄 Chewing your food thoroughly
🚶‍♀️ Taking a gentle walk after meals
😴 Supporting sleep and meal timing
💩 Making sure you’re actually having regular, healthy bowel movements

Because digestion isn’t just about what you eat.

It’s about how well your body can break down, digest, absorb and eliminate what you eat.

Comment DIGESTION or shoot me a DM and let’s talk about working together to uncover what your body may actually need.

If you’re only having a bowel movement 1–3 times per week, constantly feeling bloated, struggling with stubborn weight, dealing with PMS, or wondering why your hormones feel all over the place…

Your gut might be asking for more support than you’re giving it.

And no, the answer isn’t always to chug a fiber supplement. 🙅🏼‍♀️

Your bowel movements are one of the ways your body eliminates waste, including compounds processed by the liver and excreted through bile.

When stool moves too slowly, you may experience more bloating, discomfort, and changes in how certain compounds are recycled in the gut.

And while constipation doesn’t automatically mean your hormones or blood sugar are imbalanced, your digestion, gut health, and metabolic health are all connected.

My goal? Help you understand WHY you’re constipated instead of just chasing a p**p.

Here are 7 things I’d look at first:
💩 1. Your morning routine. Consistent wake-up times, breakfast, and unrushed bathroom breaks encourage regularity.
💩 2. Hydration + electrolytes. Dehydration can contribute to hard stools, especially when increasing fiber.
💩 3. Your fiber intake. Both fiber types support regularity, but too much too quickly can worsen bloating.
💩 4. Your food intake. Undereating and restrictive diets can disrupt bowel habits. Your body needs enough food, protein, and fat.
💩 5. Your movement. A 10–15-minute walk after meals can help support regularity.
💩 6. Your nervous system. Rushing meals and ignoring the urge to go can interfere with healthy bowel habits.
💩 7. Your digestive foundations. Magnesium status, medications, thyroid issues, and pelvic floor dysfunction can contribute to constipation. Find the root cause instead of guessing with supplements.

You don’t have to p**p at the exact same time every day to be healthy. But consistently having only 1–3 bowel movements per week is a sign worth addressing. Fewer than three per week is one of the common clinical features of constipation.

Want my deeper breakdown of these 7 constipation hacks, including how I’d approach the root causes and what I’d prioritize first?

WHAT IF your body was actually asking for MAGNESIUM?! 🤯

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in HUNDREDS of processes in your body, including:

✨ Sleep + relaxation: Supports normal nervous system function and helps regulate processes involved in your sleep-wake cycle.

🍫 Chocolate + sugar cravings: Magnesium is involved in glucose metabolism and insulin action. Low magnesium status may play a role in metabolic dysfunction, although cravings aren’t always caused by a deficiency.

🧠 Mood + stress: Helps regulate nerve signaling and supports normal muscle and nervous system function.

⚡ Energy + that dreaded 3 PM crash: Magnesium is essential for ATP production, the process your cells use to make and utilize energy.

💪🏼 Muscle function + recovery: Supports normal muscle contraction and relaxation.

And here’s what I really want you to understand…you can eat a pretty healthy diet and STILL have a hard time meeting your magnesium needs.

Why?

→ Not consistently eating enough magnesium-rich foods like leafy greens, pumpkin seeds, beans, nuts and whole grains.

→ Chronic stress and certain health conditions can increase magnesium losses or affect your body’s balance.

→ Digestive conditions and certain medications can interfere with magnesium absorption or status.

→ Your symptoms may have multiple underlying contributors, even when magnesium is one piece of the puzzle.

And no, I’m not saying every woman with insomnia, chocolate cravings, mood swings or afternoon fatigue is magnesium deficient.

I’m saying these symptoms deserve a closer look instead of being dismissed as something you just have to live with. ❤️

I use HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) as ONE tool to assess mineral patterns and explore potential imbalances alongside your health history and other relevant information. It’s not a standalone diagnostic test for magnesium deficiency, but it can contribute to a broader nutritional picture.

Want to sleep better, support healthy cravings, feel more balanced and stop feeling like you hit a wall every afternoon?

What if the tomato sauce isn’t actually the problem?😬

This is one of those symptoms where I want to zoom out and ask: why is your body struggling to digest a food you used to tolerate?

One commonly overlooked piece is low stomach acid.

It sounds backwards, but heartburn doesn’t always mean you have too much stomach acid.

When stomach acid is too low, food can sit in the stomach longer, digestion can become less efficient, and the stomach may not empty as effectively. That pressure can contribute to reflux symptoms.

And suddenly you’re blaming the tomato sauce.
Then the coffee.
Then spicy foods.
Then chocolate.
Then basically anything that makes eating enjoyable. 🙃

But constantly removing foods doesn’t necessarily address why your digestion is struggling in the first place.

Low stomach acid can be influenced by things like:
→ chronic stress
→ eating too quickly or while distracted
→ inadequate protein/mineral intake
→ frequent use of acid-suppressing medications
→ impaired digestive signaling
→ nutrient deficiencies
→ digestive dysfunction further upstream

And this is why I don’t want to simply hand you a list of foods to avoid.

I want to know why your body is reacting to them.

When we work together, we look at the foundations first—nutrition, minerals, stress/nervous system regulation, meal timing, digestion and lifestyle—while also considering the bigger picture of your symptoms and history.

Because the goal isn’t to spend the rest of your life saying:
“No thanks, tomato sauce gives me heartburn.”

The goal is to support your body so you can eventually have a more flexible relationship with food.

If you’re constantly avoiding foods because of bloating, reflux, constipation, fatigue or other digestive symptoms, let’s stop asking, “What food is the problem?” and start asking, “What is my body trying to tell me?”

✨ DM me “ROOT” if you want to learn more about working with me to dig deeper into your symptoms and support your body from the foundation up.

Here’s the TRUTH most people skip over:

Weight loss isn’t just physical; it’s deeply mental and emotional.🫶🏼

If your “why” is rooted in:
• feeling judged or shamed
• not feeling good enough
• wanting control
• or chasing validation

…then no amount of dieting will actually stick.

Because lasting change doesn’t come from pressure — it comes from support.

The real transformation happens when you:
✨ Build trust with your body instead of fighting it
✨ Regulate your emotions instead of numbing them with food
✨ Create habits that feel safe and sustainable — not restrictive
✨ Shift your identity from “fixing yourself” to caring for yourself

That’s the missing piece in most weight loss journeys.

You don’t need more discipline. You need a strategy that supports your mind AND body.

And that’s exactly what I help you do.

If you’re ready to stop starting over and finally feel at home in your body, I’ve got you.

Comment READY or hit the link in my bio to start your journey.

Because let’s be honest…

You’ve tried:
– eating “healthy” but still feeling exhausted
– working out but not seeing body comp changes
– cutting foods but your digestion is still off
– pushing through stress like it’s your job (because… it kind of is)

And yet…
you’re still bloated, burnt out, wired + tired, and wondering what you’re missing.

Here’s the truth no one told you 👇

You don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need another random protocol.
You don’t need to try harder.

You need a strategy that actually supports your body.

This is where high-achieving women get stuck:

🔥 1. Burnt out adrenals from chronic stress + under-fueling
Coffee, long days, hard workouts, not enough food = cortisol chaos.

🦠 2. Digestion that’s not keeping up with your lifestyle
Eating on the go, rushing meals, high stress = bloating, poor absorption, gut issues.

⚖️ 3. Hormones that are responding to ALL of the above
Your body adapts to stress by slowing metabolism, disrupting cycles, and holding onto weight.

✨ It’s all connected. And it’s all fixable—with the right approach.

This is exactly what I help women like YOU do.

Inside my signature program, we:
✔️ rebuild your metabolism
✔️ support your gut + digestion
✔️ regulate your nervous system
✔️ balance hormones at the root (not just mask symptoms)

So you can feel energized, clear-headed, strong, and confident in your body again—without the confusion.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign that it’s time to stop guessing and start doing this the right way… DM me “READY” or drop a 🙌 below and I’ll send you the details on how to work with me.
