The Pharmacy Tech Trainee track in our El Barrio Workforce Development Program helps participants build the foundational skills needed to pursue opportunities in pharmacy services and healthcare. Through short-term career training, participants gain exposure to medication preparation, pharmacy operations, customer service, healthcare workplace expectations, and industry-recognized skills that can support entry into the field.

Like all El Barrio Workforce Development programs, participants also have access to career coaching, job readiness support, professional development, and connections to employer partners who are actively hiring.
