Team Grinola - Day 2 ‐ Combined After Actions Review (and more fellowship 😋)
Grinola experienced a record-breaking weekend, as we enjoyed turning up at both Georgia Apple Festival and Gold Rush Days Festival! 🤗
The results were due to God's graciousness in bringing together some of the most sharp, personable, intelligent, caring, engaged, and positive young people that we've ever known.
We're so thankful for the individual qualities of our team members, and the strength of the combined force. We recognize that this sort of thing is rare for a small family business, and we love getting to work with a group that loves and supports one another and the mission! 😁
For those of you following the storyline, the Apple Fest Team beat the Gold Rush Team by ONE bag sold on Saturday...but the Gold Rush Team rallied and surpassed our friends by a wide margin on Sunday! The overall win goes to the Gold Rush Team! 💪
We never know how these markets are going to play out. There are so many variables that effect sales: weather. crowd size and mood, other events happening, and a thousand other things out of our control. What we do know is that everyone gave it their level best, we enjoyed providing a great experience for the festival attendees (many of who became new customers as well as our many repeat buyers) and we'll take that every time regardless of the numbers 💯
