Primary care—right where you are! 🩺💙

Last week, we had the opportunity to bring our Health Express Primary Care services onsite into the community where primary care is needed most!

Our onsite team was able to provide:
✨ Wellness and preventive exams
🩺 Evaluation and treatment for acute conditions
💙 Management of chronic conditions
🧪 Lab draws right onsite
📋 Personalized follow-up and care recommendations

Bringing healthcare into the community and meeting patients where they are is such an important part of expanding access and removing barriers to care.
