Meet Samantha, our new virtual agent! I’ve been working on finding an agent that can actually interact with you like a real person, and I’d love to see how she does.

Well guys, after 8 wonderful years, it’s time to close the doors at Happy Hippy Haus, at least for now.

Effective immediately, the Haus will be closed to the public while I put my time and energy into getting CALM Mobile Cigar Lounge ready and figuring out what comes next for Happy Hippy Haus 2.0.

I’ve got a lot of mixed emotions about all of this. This place has been a huge part of my life, and over the years, I’ve met some incredible people, made lifelong friendships and learned a whole lot about myself along the way. Through some of my hardest times, you guys showed up for me, and I don’t think I could ever thank you enough for that.

To everyone who has worked here, helped out, supported the business or simply walked through those doors over the last 8 years, thank you. You’ve all played a part in making the Haus what it is today, and I appreciate every one of you.

This isn't exactly how I pictured things going, but life changes and we just have to keep moving forward. I'm not saying goodbye to the Haus forever. There are still some pretty cool things I hope to do with this place, and I look forward to sharing more when the time comes.

For now, thank you guys for an amazing 8 years. It’s been one heck of a ride, and I’m grateful for every bit of it! 💚

Hey guys! Sorry I haven’t posted a bus update lately. Things are moving along pretty quickly, and because of that, I haven’t been able to capture as much of the process as I wanted to.

But just know, things are happening and C.A.L.M. is coming together!

This week’s update: THE WALLS ARE GOING IN!

It’s pretty cool watching this idea slowly turn into the cigar parlor and lounge I’ve had pictured in my head. There’s still plenty to do, but every week we’re getting a little closer.

I’ll try to do a better job of bringing y’all along for the rest of the build. Stay tuned!

Meet The Love Bug! ❤️

I am super pleased with how this turned out. A huge thank you to Swanson Christian Products and Allie, the artist behind the artwork, for allowing me to use it to bring The Love Bug to life.

The whole idea behind The Good Only Dude is to put more good into the world, and now I get to take a little bit of that message with me everywhere I drive.

Important update!

Starting this week, Happy Hippy Haus will be open to the public Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM until further notice.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes right now as we get ready for what’s next. We’ll be deep cleaning, rearranging the store, painting and making some changes to the space as we work toward the relaunch of Happy Hippy Haus 2.0 in the new year. Once everything starts coming together, we’re hoping to expand our hours based on what’s happening inside the Haus and what our community needs.

We apologize for any inconvenience while we make these changes and really appreciate everyone’s patience while we rebrand, rebuild and get the Haus ready for its next chapter. I’m excited for you guys to see where this is going!

I got a lot of great feedback the other day when I asked what you guys would like to see inside the Haus. I loved the responses, and now I’ll share a little more about why I’m doing this.

There are a lot of people building businesses online and at local markets who make really cool things, but going from that to signing a commercial lease is a huge jump. Rent, utilities and all the expenses of having your own store add up fast, especially when you’re still figuring things out.

That’s where the Haus comes in. Before you invest in your own storefront, come build your business inside ours. Have a real place for your products, meet your customers and see how far you can take your business without having to do it all on your own.

I think we can build something pretty cool here together! 💚

CALM Update No. 2 | Starting to Take Shape

Another week and a whole lot more gone.

This week we got the private offices and lounge areas ripped out, tore into more of the kitchen, picked out colors for the roof and spent some time going over the design and all the little details that are going to bring this thing together.

Right now she might look like a mess, but every piece coming out is making room for what CALM is going to become.

I already can’t wait to see what gets done this week.

Alright... I guess it’s time I start telling you guys a little more about what I’ve been thinking.

What if part of Happy Hippy Haus wasn’t just Happy Hippy Haus anymore?

There are a lot of people out there with really good products and ideas who aren’t ready to take on an entire storefront. But maybe they don’t need one.

What if you came into the Haus and found all kinds of unique local products and small businesses under one roof? Baked goods, handmade pieces, really cool finds and things you probably weren’t expecting to see when you walked in.

I’m not talking about filling the place with the same stuff you see at every pop-up market. I want to find some really cool people and products that you’d actually be excited to come to the Haus and shop for.

That’s a little more of where my head is going with all of this.

I’d love to hear what you guys think! What would you want to see at the Haus?
