I also know there are forces at be that want us mad and divided, there are wars going on and things being hidden.
But I know too many people I can count who are safe spaces and are full of love.

Happy Friday everyone 🫶 may your coffee taste good, may you love your outfit, & may you feel at home in your body today

It was so nice to spend time on the mat the other day. I really believe intuitive movement unlocks things — literally and figuratively. Sometimes you start moving your body and somehow thoughts, memories and feelings start moving too.

When I was younger, I went to a funeral. There were pictures displayed of the person who passed with people we hadn’t seen or talked to in over a decade.

I remember looking at my aunt and saying “Ew. Why would their pictures be up there?”

She said, “They were still a big part of his life, honey. They once brought him joy.”

I’ve never forgotten that.

And I don’t think I’ve ever looked at people from my past the same way.

So when someone from an old chapter crosses my mind, I pray they’re happy. I pray life is treating them well.

I don’t know if they ever feel it, but I like to think maybe somewhere in their day, they get a little unexpected glimmer of joy.

That’s my rant for the night 😆 Move your body. Our bodies hold memories.
