🎉 Goal Reached! 🎉

From 157 lbs down to 131.4 lbs — an incredible transformation! 💃🏻 She’s shown amazing commitment, consistency, and focus, and it’s paid off in a big way.

Now she’s off to enjoy Spain 🇪🇸 — carbs, sugar, and all — with a mindful approach and a plan to make the low 130s her new normal. When she’s back, we’ll jump right into the next phase to keep her feeling amazing and confident.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 💛

Two years ago, she came to me with a goal—and she crushed it.
Fast forward to this March, she reached out again, ready to get back on track and feel like herself. No excuses, no hesitation—just commitment.

Since March, she’s down 20 lbs and is so close to meeting her goal again.
But the scale isn’t the only win…

✨ She’s been incredibly coachable—always open to feedback and willing to learn.
✨ She’s stayed consistent through the ups and downs, never giving up when things got tough.
✨ She’s shown up positive and accountable every step of the way, tracking, checking in, and putting in the work.

Her transformation speaks for itself—and I’m so proud to be part of her journey not once, but twice.

Swipe to see her amazing progress 📸
We’re not done yet, but the glow-up is already so real 🔥

👉 If you’re stuck, frustrated, or feel like you’ve tried it all—I promise, there’s a way that works. Reach out. I’d love to help you feel your best again, too.

Grief Support Group

As you all know, I recently lost my mom, and the only comfort I’ve found is being around people who can relate and forgive, while also giving back to my community.

I hosted my first-ever grief workshop, and I received an overwhelming response from people interested in attending. However, due to scheduling conflicts, many of them couldn’t make it on the scheduled Monday evening.

In light of this, I’m thrilled to announce that I’m offering another grief workshop!

This program is a 6-week initiative that will run for an hour and a half each week. The focus of the program will be on coping with the loss of a loved one. The program fee is $50 per person, and participants will receive a workbook and refreshments.

This program is designed for individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one and are seeking a sense of understanding and connection with others who are going through similar experiences.

The workshop dates are as follows:

- WedJanuary 21st
- Wed January 29th
- Wed February 5th
- Wed February 12th
- Wed February 19th
- Wed February 26th
Time: 5-6:30PM

**If for any reason the host is unable to conduct the class on the listed dates, a make-up day will be provided, and participants will be notified via email.**

During the workshop, we will explore the stages of grief using the David Kessler model and discuss various skills and techniques to express and process grief. We will also delve into Reiki healing methods, nutrition for overall health, surviving the holidays, and self-care practices.

The maximum number of attendees is 7. If you’re interested, please send me a private message, and I’ll provide you with all the necessary details.

🎉TRANSFORMATION🎉

Just when you think your goals aren’t possible, try again! And then try some more 💥

🤯 My client, Jacob has made awesome progress since the beginning of his journey in March 2024.

🤯 Busy is an excuse most of the time. It’s more a matter of prioritization. My client presented here is a full time state trooper and military personnel with the goal to lean out after struggling to do so previously. After we balanced out nutrient deficiencies and supported the adrenals, he started to see results.

⬇️13.6lbs down so far ↔️for transformation photos!
