An Autumn & Winter Pause 🍂✨

For seven beautiful years, this studio has been a place for movement, breath, and connection. Holding this space for you has been an absolute honor and I am deeply grateful for every single person who has stepped through the doors.
To keep serving you with the highest energy and intention, I need to practice what I teach: honoring rest, reflection, and self study.
My plan is to take a temporary pause for the months of November and December.
This will be a time for me to rest, recharge, and thoughtfully evaluate the future vision of the studio. As most of you know my life is very full and sometimes it’s hard to squeeze it all in. But what a gift to have too many good things TO squeeze in, right?!
What this means for you:
* Classes: Regular classes will pause starting November 1st.
* Updates: I will be in touch toward the end of December with updates on what comes next.
Thank you for seven years of shared energy, community, and support. I wish you all a peaceful, grounded holiday season.
Continue to follow along in case I change my mind and schedule something 🤪 and in the meantime, please don’t ever hesitate to reach out if there’s something you need me for 🫶🏼

Let’s gather and slow down for a day! ✨
Are your kids in between sports seasons? Is trick or treating going to wear you out? Do you finally have a free Sunday to dedicate to yourself?! 🤩
I’m holding this day retreat so you can feel held! Life is busy and we don’t always have time for an entire weekend away somewhere. That’s why this event will be later in the morning and have you home in time for dinner! 🙌🏼
But that doesn’t mean it will be lacking! We’ll do yoga, hike around my trails, journal in some hammocks, maybe sit around the fire, cozy up for a sound bath. It will be a wonderful day to relax, renew, restore- whatever you need 🫶🏼

I haven’t taken the time yet to share how much I enjoyed collaborating with Kristina at Glow & Flow Reformer Pilates recently!

She did a 30 minute reformer class and then I did a 30 minute restorative yoga class with a sound bath.

It. Was. Magical.

Kristina has clearly put a lot of work and intention into her space, her knowledge, and her community.

I especially appreciated her attention to anatomy, alignment, and modifications for each of her attendees. It’s obvious she knows her stuff and knows her people!

If you’re in the Warsaw area- I would definitely recommend attending a class!

Hoping to collaborate again in the future- we’ve already chatted about a couple of ideas 🤩
