💊❤️ Happy National Pharmacy Week to the Heart and Soul of Collinwood Drugs! ❤️💊

A building is just four walls and a roof. It doesn’t matter how big, how beautiful, or how new it is. It’s the people inside who make it something special.

As we celebrate Pharmacy Week, I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible people who show up every day and make Collinwood Drugs what it is. While we are excited about the new building, we are most excited to provide an amazing work environment for our employees because they are our family.

I would like to apologize. To all those patients I have disappointed. It has never been my intention to do anything but serve Collinwood and Wayne County to the best of my ability. It is never my intention to provide poor patient care. I know it’s hard to understand how the omelette is made if you are never in the kitchen but please understand there are many many steps required to ensure safe care. We have had some growing pains of late as we try to move locations and hire new people. We are very excited about our new pharmacist and her ability to handle the pace at which we operate. It will take her time to learn our system however. To all of our patients who treat us so well and kind we thank you! To all that are unhappy or would like to be our patient but have reservations please reach out to me personally. This business provides for my family and they mean everything to me. I even stay at the pharmacy when I should be at their games, ER, and awards ceremonies. All that to say it would make my day if you would post a positive experience below. Thank you!
