If you are looking for a way to slow down and decompress without leaving the house, I’d love for you to join me for yoga.
I am hosting sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am online. It is completely casual, open to all levels, and designed to help you unwind right from your living room.
Grab a comfortable spot, bring some water, and let’s stretch out the week together. Message me YOGA if you want the link to join!
