🦋 Looking for a cozy way to start Halloween weekend?

We’re hosting Butterfly Migration: A Halloween Sound Bath Concert at Hotel Polaris, an evening of live music, deep relaxation, and a little butterfly magic.

We’re celebrating the monarch butterflies migrating this time of year and coming together in support of their journey - raising awareness of the importance of protecting these beautiful butterflies and their habitats. 🧡

We’ll begin with 30 minutes of live music, movement, and dancing, then settle into a relaxing sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, crystal harp, flute, drums, and many more instruments from around the world.

📅 Friday, October 30th 7:00–9:00 PM
📍 Ascend Spa & Wellness at Hotel Polaris, Colorado Springs

Choose a reclining lounger chair or an air mattress. A blanket, apple c***r, tea, and cookies are included!

Come in, get comfortable on a floor mat, and let the music unfold around you. Drew builds the room’s sound live, blending organic instruments and electronic textures into something spacious, slow moving, and easy to sink into.

There’s nothing you need to do here. You might listen closely, let your thoughts drift, or just rest for a while.

We were honored to close the event with a sound bath inside the incredible natural acoustics of Cave of the Winds. Thank you to TEDxManitouSprings for including Dr. Gigi Turner as a speaker and for having Singing Bowls of the Rockies share the power of sound in such a meaningful space. 💜

Our hearts are so full after this weekend! 💜

This past Friday, we gathered inside Cave of the Winds to host another beautiful sound bath, and then on Sunday, Dr. Gigi Turner had the incredible honor of speaking at TEDxManitouSprings ECHOES. After the talks and performances, our Singing Bowls of the Rockies team closed out the event with a sound bath inside the cave.

It was one of those weekends that reminded us why we love doing this so much.

To everyone who came out and shared these experiences with us, thank you. Truly. Your support, your presence, and the energy you bring into these spaces means more than we can say.

And a huge thank you to our musicians and volunteers who helped make both days happen. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes, from hauling instruments and setting up to welcoming guests and staying through breakdown, and we are so grateful for every single person who helped.

Thank you to Cave of the Winds, TEDxManitouSprings, our team, our volunteers, and everyone who spent part of their weekend with us.

We feel very lucky to get to do this work and share it with all of you. ✨
