Wellness is a word that gets thrown around a lot, but for me, it’s always been about something deeper. It’s about Integration.

Many of you know me through the remedies I craft at The Modern Apothecary; the tinctures, the hand-blended teas, and the salves that have become part of your daily rituals. But those products are just one piece of a much larger puzzle.

I’ve always believed in a full-body approach to wellness. It’s not just about the botanicals we use; it’s about the energy we carry and the systems we build to stay grounded in a chaotic world.

I want to start having deeper conversations with you about that "hidden" side of wellness; the energy healing work, the intentionality behind every formulation, and how we can actually integrate these practices into our modern lives.

Because these topics deserve more space than a quick scroll, I’m moving our deep-dive reflections over to a new home on Substack.

Think of it as a digital journal where I can share the "why" behind our handcrafted products and the framework of the EVOKE mission. It’s a place for us to slow down and look at the full spectrum of what it means to truly be well.
