Not every day has to be a high-energy day. 🍂🤎

Today, I’m not feeling my best… but I still got up, put on a little makeup, and decided I’m going to enjoy the day exactly as I am.

I’m spending it with my girlfriends, watching shows, eating good food, relaxing, laughing, and soaking in a little fall energy. 🍁

And somewhere in between, I’ll be getting my October emails out and sharing some of the powerful planetary cycles and events I have coming up.

This is part of my life too.

Not always dressed up.
Not always “on.”
Not always feeling 100%.

Sometimes I’m simply a girl getting ready to spend the day with her girls, enjoy the season, do a little work, and let that be enough. 🤎

There is something really beautiful about allowing yourself to enjoy your life even when you’re not feeling your absolute best.

Here’s to cozy days, good girlfriends, good food, fall weather, and finding joy right where you are. 🍂☕️

STRENGTH 🤎

This was my last workout before traveling for work. I didn’t know at the time that I would come home and have to take another pause from the gym.

Looking back at this footage, I see more than a workout. I see myself feeling healthy, strong, comfortable in my body, and proud of the consistency I had been building.

And then, at the end of this day, I pulled the card

Strength.

Maybe strength isn’t always about pushing harder.

Sometimes strength is lifting the weight.
Sometimes it’s showing up when you don’t feel like it.

And sometimes it’s allowing your body the time it needs to recover without believing that everything you worked for has disappeared.

A pause is not the end of your progress.

My body remembers. My strength is still mine. And when I’m ready, I’ll continue, not from the beginning, but from everything I’ve already built.

Progression, not judgment.

❤️ Happy Birthday to the Woman who NEVER Silenced My Voice!🫂💕🎉

Mom, thank you for believing in me, embracing my clair-senses, and helping me understand the extraordinary experiences that were part of my childhood.

You never made me feel ashamed, dismissed, or afraid to share what I was seeing, hearing, feeling, or intuitively sensing. Instead, you stood in the gap for me, surrounded me with teachers and mentors, and helped me become the woman and holistic practitioner I am today.

You gave me something priceless, the freedom to explore who I was without losing my voice.

After more than 20 years as a daycare provider, I've witnessed how important it is for children to feel heard, especially when they describe experiences that they or their families cannot easily explain.

To the moms, dads, grandparents, and caregivers raising highly sensitive, intuitive, or spiritually curious children, please LISTEN.

Create a safe space for their questions. Encourage healthy discernment. Support their emotional well-being, and seek professional guidance when experiences are frightening, disruptive, or concerning.

Whether an experience is understood as spiritual, paranormal, psychological, or simply unexplained, compassion matters.

And to the adults who grew up feeling silenced or misunderstood, you deserve that same compassion.

This is one of the reasons I created Life Force Energy

To support individuals and families who wish to explore intuition, spiritual development, and their personal experiences in a compassionate environment.
