Trainer Tuesday | Meet Kevin! ✨

Strong bodies. Strong connections. An even stronger community! 💪❤️

This Tuesday, we’re highlighting Kevin, one of our wonderful Pilates Reformer instructors here at Villa Sport!

Kevin’s classes focus on building core strength, improving stability, and strengthening the body through controlled, intentional movements. But what makes his classes truly special goes beyond the workout.

It’s the incredible community that has formed along the way! Members encourage one another, celebrate each other’s progress, and genuinely look forward to seeing familiar faces each class. When someone is away, they’re missed, and when they return, they’re welcomed right back.

It’s inspiring to see how a shared passion for movement can bring people together and create such meaningful connections.

It’s more than a Pilates class. It’s a community where everyone belongs. ❤️
