I have been living grinding my entire life. Working since I was 13 paying bills. Paying rent since I was just a little 13-year-old. I have grown way too fast and had to work so much and saved up for a car all on my own. I homeschooled myself as a young kiddo, in 6/7 all the way till I graduated high school. I finished at 16. I've been so independent so used to grinding, so used to hustling and this near death experience happened just a few months. Go and me and it is now October and my entire perspective on life has changed significantly significantly to the point that my values have been rocked. My intention in life has been shifted. My focus has been reignited into what matters most, which is my child family. My loved ones, my friends, my happiness and joy and just living a life full of Joy and whatever way that means to me and to my loved ones surrounding myself with things and access and Bills and abundance in a way of depletion is not at all, what I want to continue living for so this season is so much more than just the adage less is more, it goes so much deeper. To my core and renewing my values and I cannot be more excited and delighted for this new lease on life and truly to have been in the tunnel of light and near death to where I am right now, I am just so grateful that God has all the glory to turn all of this around in such a way. That truly serves me. My family and the Lord at such A better way it is totally Freedom.

✨ **THE REMINDER I RECEIVED TODAY: TRUST YOUR DISCERNMENT, AND NEVER BE AFRAID TO WALK AWAY.** ✨

Today, I experienced something that reminded me of the importance of listening, paying attention, and trusting God.

Before arriving at my first Marketplace pickup, I had a vision in my mind of a man wearing overalls trying to lure me into a storage unit.

When I arrived, I got lost. In that moment, I felt God was reminding me that I had been given five minutes of being lost. Eventually, I found the location, and the scene unfolded exactly as I had seen it in my mind.

The man was wearing overalls.

He asked me to get out of my car and come inside his storage unit.

I remembered what I had seen. I recognized the situation, and I said, “Never mind.”

I chose not to go inside. I chose my safety. I walked away.

But the story didn't end there.

The entire reason I had planned these two Marketplace pickups was that the locations were close together. So I proceeded to the second pickup, only to discover that the address I had been given was incorrect.

Yet this second encounter felt entirely different. The energy was wonderful, and the person gifted me Palo Santo.

And I felt there was something symbolic about that moment.

I had just experienced an encounter that reminded me to be cautious, to listen, and to honor my boundaries. Then I encountered someone whose presence felt warm and welcoming, who offered me a gift I experienced as meaningful.

I found myself reflecting on how one day, one journey, and even two unexpected detours can hold such different experiences.

I can't tell you exactly why everything unfolded the way it did. But I can tell you what I took away from it.

**Discernment doesn't mean living in fear. It means remaining aware, listening, and giving yourself permission to respond to what you experience.**

Faith doesn't require us to ignore our instincts. Kindness doesn't require us to abandon our boundaries. And we don't have to know the whole story to make a wise decision in the moment.

To every woman reading this:

You are allowed to leave.
You are allowed to say no.
You are allowed to change your mind.
You are allowed to pay attention when something doesn't feel right.

And you are allowed to receive the beautiful moments, too—the unexpected kindness, the meaningful encounters, and the little gifts that remind you to pause and reflect.

Today, I walked away from one situation and received an unexpected gift in another.

I am grateful for the reminder to stay discerning, to remain open to goodness, and to never compromise my safety to please someone else.

**Be prayerful. Be discerning. Be courageous. And trust yourself enough to walk away when you need to.** ❤️🙏✨

On the toilet Mom.life....

Kiddo running INTO restroom..."are you coming!?"

(it's our workout hour)

"Yes I'll be right there!"

Proceeds to walk up to me...

"OK, but also my headband fell off..."

(enters personal space, for me to fix it...now.)

You read that correct! It is all about downsizing, because as the adage goes, less is more! That is what is happening around here, it has been eventful and has been quite a feat.

If you saw what took place when we went out of town, you would know that the pet sitter absolutely turned the house upside down, destroyed the house. So we have bounced back from that because why thank you, God, we are resilient. We have Gods mercy. Gods love, protection and power and anointing on our lives that even in the midst of that, we are unflappable, we are okay, we will make it through. I will correct myself and stand corrected here because when I said, unflappable, I did actually have a breakdown, it was overwhelming. The amount of glass broken the stove was on there was an entire home disaster of plants toppled over, food animals have gotten into cabinets, fridge, animals locked in the house that don't even belong in the house. And so here we are, we're finally to moving day and downsizing has been so welcoming because it's something that I have envisioned for us for so long and to finally be here turning the leaf, where it is actually expansion, and we are gaining so much from downsizing.

This is all GODS TIME.

Grateful Beyond Measure.

So hard to put yourself first. I'm always there for others and can quickly forget about me. That's before a life changing near death just 5 months ago.

I am now taking it all back. I have to put myself first, because I'm no asset to anyone if I am not 💯

Anyway...I'm going to sit here and enjoy this snack...probably disgusting to many...lol

It's actually super healthy and so so good for you.

Why?

Hear me out...
