This is what it actually looks like to be a parent inside my coaching program.

If anyone is selling you a guarantee they’re not being truthful. No one can promise outcomes.

So I’m sharing one mom‘s first 11 weeks inside the program. Her journey is a pretty good picture of what most families experience. There are hard weeks mixed in with huge wins. Patterns show start to show up and point us in the right direction.
