Afternoon everyone, I'm still stuck in the hospital. I have spent over 3-1/2 hrs so far today trying to get a change in my Medicaid done so I can transfer to a different skilled facility with rehab and then eventually back to shop again. I have some to numerous representatives, one even filled out the reason for hangs questionnaire/application but then told it will be 90-120 days and they can't expedite it. Then tried a different number ANF did what he said....got same department, explained again. Was given same number and told hit this after this prompt, etc. Last promo b**r came up. Called back and asked for a supervisor she refused and transferred me. Have been in phone waiting another 15 minutes and still on hold. TAXPAYER DOLLARS AT WORK.
