I suffer from a list of medical issues, and Colleen took extra effort in helping ease a lot of my pain. This was my 3rd visit and I believe I have found my therapist for life.

Massage isn’t just a luxury — it’s self-care with real benefits. Regular massage helps melt away stress, ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and support better sleep. It can reduce headaches, relieve chronic pain, and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced — inside and out.
Prioritizing well-being is essential.

openings Thursday, 25th at 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM,1:30PM, 3:30PM and 5:30 PM. Saturday,28th. 9 AM, and 11AM.

Maria rated us 5 out of 5!

I went to see Colleen for a massage to help release my tight hamstring and reduce inflammation after a knee replacement. She was fabulous!! She did different modalities to help move inflammation through my lymph system. After 90 minutes I felt so much better and my swelling has gone down. Highly recommend her!

My first massage with Colleen did not disappoint! She worked hard on so many knots that have been causing me pain. I definitely will be going back!
