Renew & Reclaim: A one day retreat for the women holding it all together.

This one day retreat will be brimming with heart centered practices, techniques and activities designed to help you Release, Restore and Re-Center.
Date : October 24, 2026

Time: 9am - 5pm * Participants are asked to arrive at 8:45am.

We will start promptly at 9

Location: 6021 University Blvd Suite 175, Ellicott City, MD

* Please park at the back of the building

All materials, supplies, light snacks and lunch included : $150

Feminine Fire: A Women’s Sacred Rage Workshop is back on Saturday, November 14th at Wishing Star Farm & Wellness.

Jessica Sharp, TJT, RMT and WildRise Somatics could be frantically figuring out our turkey day recipes and how to survive our relatives, but honestly we’d rather help you (and us) get all this 🤬😡😤😠 out before the holidays. You asked for it, and we want more of yall to join us at The Fire.

And really, it’s because twenty women screaming for each other, smashing furniture adorned with the quotes from the comments that terminally online misogynists who can’t spell leave on our content about how they want us “back in the kitchen” makes us witch cackle, and coming together in community to embrace our rage turned out to be exactly what we needed and need again.

It was pretty awesome. We want you there.

Look, we know what it’s like, girl. You’ve spent your whole life being told to calm down, smile more, and “choose peace.” We’re offering the opposite. A full day of learning about Disagreeable Women and Sacred Rage as a Path to Sovereignty, what the 🤬 is going on in the universe right now, somatic work for getting embodied, actual rage release (yes, the breaking things kind), and sound bowl aftercare for closing so you leave grounded.

Organizing a workshop, scheming up monthly community gathering, and continually learning how to run a business has made me completely forget to tell yall about a really cool event I'll be reading Tarot at hosted by Savage Mill TOMORROW.

What's worse is when I tell you I'm born on Halloween and this is a spooky themed one with ghost tours and see parts of Savage Mill that are normally off-limits while getting Tarot readings from me and my fellow Gentle Hands Reiki crew. I tell you, the struggle is real.

Anger that gets buried doesn’t stay buried. It just changes address.

The jaw you can’t unclench in the morning. That flicker of resentment when someone else says “no” without apologizing for it. Wishing you could say “no” too, but afraid of the backlash, afraid of becoming one of those angry women. Telling everyone you’re fine when you’d honestly like to throw a chair.

History taught us that angry women get labeled difficult, so most of us got very good at holding it in instead. What we don’t say still has to go somewhere. It shows up as exhaustion, a mind that won’t stop spinning, a body that can’t fully rest even when nothing’s wrong.

August 22nd, we’re gathering together to honor, express and release women’s rage and making space for more.

Feminine Fire is a full day at Wishing Star Farm in Glen Arm, MD, just off the Beltway and an easy drive from Baltimore, Columbia, Laurel, and everywhere in between.

Ritual and altar-building to open the day. Teaching on sacred rage and feminine power. Guided release where you scream, break, and move what’s been stored in your body (gentle options held for survivors of violence). Then sound bowl and nervous system aftercare to ground you before you leave.

I started this work when my trauma held in my body was too much to keep bearing anymore. After years of anger, struggle and shame, I decided to listen to my therapist and try Somatics with the . My life changed that day.

I had no idea how lucky I was to learn from and in my first workshop. They taught me the beginnings of somatic awareness and practice, and the changes I saw taking root inspired me to become a coach and bodyworker myself. In coaching training, I met and studied with , who helped me deepen, connect to play and spirit.

Having the chance to learn from all three this past week was a dream come true. Their teachings on how to get in and stay in with trauma, centering while still feeling, and so much I don’t have the time or space to share here was invaluable. These ripples continue to expand.

Also, they’re great people and a whole joy to know. Thank you all, words cannot express my gratitude. Honored to bring these learnings to my own practice and for my clients.
