This is how I feel most days nowadays. However, I wake up each day ready for the revolution. For me that looks like offering joy and vitality to those who are weary. Yes, you heard that right. This is how I’m fighting fascism. With joy and vitality.

Let's get lit on the numinous with this new offering! Part geeking out literature ruminations, part let's embody these notions and let go of the EGO. What do you think? 7 weeks. 7 powers. Let's go! https://www.biodanzausa.com/sanctuary-dance-events

Calling all spiritual geeks who want to delve into first century literature. 📕 This fall we will begin with the gospel of Mary Magdalene 🌹 , but this is going to be special. Because we’re gonna think and talk about it, and then we’re gonna let go of all that and we’re going to dance 💃 through the seven Powers that mary speaks about in her gospel. Seven weeks. Seven different embodied classes. It’s going to be “lit“. A literature class/dance extravaganza. Oh, and it’s on Tuesday evenings. if you’re interested, you can find more information under sanctuary Dance on my website biodanzausa
