This role is part clinical, part operations — skilled nursing and concierge visits, IV therapy/urgent care visits, caregiver recruitment and training, and day-to-day admin. If you like variety in a non-hospital setting, this is it! ✨

Our Columbia Clinical Care Coordinator splits time between hands-on patient visits and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a home health team running — scheduling, staffing, caregiver training, and client coordination. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional on call! 📞
