With a background in ICU and ER nursing, and advanced practice experience in neurosurgery, hospitalist medicine, and integrative, regenerative, and aesthetic medicine, I focus on addressing chronic pain by treating the underlying contributors—not just the symptoms.

Services Offered:

• Regenerative Medicine – Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections to support healing and reduce chronic pain related to arthritis, joint degeneration, soft tissue injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions

• Chronic Pain & Injury Support – Targeting pain associated with orthopedic injuries, overuse, inflammation, and tissue damage using regenerative and integrative approaches

• Integrative Medicine – Comprehensive evaluation of overall health, including vitamin and mineral optimization, gut health, and hormone balance, recognizing their role in inflammation, pain perception, healing, and long-term recovery

• Scar & Tissue-Related Pain Support – Scar rejuvenation and microneedling to improve tissue quality, mobility, and discomfort related to surgical or traumatic scars

• Aesthetic & Regenerative Treatments – PRP under-eye treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and neurotoxin injections, with an emphasis on tissue health, regeneration, and functional outcomes

My approach blends medical expertise with regenerative and integrative strategies to improve function, comfort, and overall quality of life.

**For Those in Chronic Pain:**

We deeply empathize with those of you enduring chronic pain. If you haven't explored chiropractic care, we encourage you to give it a try.

Pain is more than just a physical sensation; it's an intricate communication between your body and brain. Pain signals travel from every part of your body through **peripheral nerves** to the **spinal cord**, and then ascend to the** brain**, where a sophisticated network interprets these signals. (PAIN IS IN THE BRAIN)

- **The Brain's Role**: Once these signals reach the brain, they are processed in various regions, each playing a crucial role. Some areas stamp the pain into memory, teaching us to avoid similar situations in the future, while others release neurotransmitters like endorphins, which naturally alleviate pain and reduce anxiety.

- **Chiropractic Insight**: Chiropractors have a unique understanding of this pain pathway. They work to decrease pain by correcting misalignments in the spine and improving nerve function, which can reduce the intensity of pain signals sent to the brain. This adjustment not only aims to alleviate immediate discomfort but can also influence how your brain processes pain in the long term (The Gate Theory of Pain - 1965).

The human body's pain management system is truly fascinating, and chiropractic care leverages this system to offer relief. Consider it as part of your journey towards managing or possibly reducing chronic pain.

With empathy,
~Dr. Deb
