Quality hospice care is found in the details.

It's answering the phone when a family is worried.
It's listening when symptoms change.
It's communicating with physicians and healthcare partners.
It's educating caregivers so they feel more confident.
It's following through.
And it's remembering that behind every chart is a person who deserves exceptional care.

During Healthcare Quality Week, we're celebrating the people throughout healthcare who work every day to make care safer, stronger and more compassionate.

At Four Pillars, expect excellence isn't just something we say. It's the standard we're committed to pursuing.

๐ŸŽญโœจ An Evening of Elegance, Community & Giving Back! ๐Ÿ’œ

Four Pillars Hospice was honored to be part of the Rancho Brazos Community Center Annual Masquerade Ball at the Lake Granbury Conference Center!

We're especially proud of Lindsay Williams, who serves on the Rancho Brazos Community Centers Board of Directors! Her commitment to serving our community reflects something we believe deeply at Four Pillars Hospice: making a difference goes beyond the care we provide. It's about showing up, getting involved, and investing in the people and organizations that make our community stronger.

Thank you to Rancho Brazos Community Centers for bringing everyone together for such a meaningful evening! โœจ

๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿ† Things got a little spicy in Stephenville today!

Four Pillars Hospice had such a fun time participating in the chili cook off at Stephenville Nursing and Rehabilitation, and our Jalapeรฑo Popper Chicken Chili brought home TWO awards! ๐Ÿ’œ

๐Ÿ”ฅ Best in the Spicy Division
๐Ÿ† Best in the Unique Division

Congratulations to Wings Over Texas Hospice taking home Best Overall Chili!

We love opportunities like this to spend time with our Stephenville community, connect with other local organizations, and have a little friendly competition along the way. Because being local means showing up, building relationships, and having some fun together too.

Thank you to Stephenville Nursing & Rehabilitation for having us. Weโ€™re already thinking about what we might cook up next year! ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ

๐ŸŽƒโ˜• Pumpkin Spice & Hospice Advice with Stephanie

Sometimes the best Hospice Advice is also the simplest:

Be present. ๐Ÿ’œ

Hold their hand.

Listen to their stories.

Sit beside them.

Laugh together.

Say the things you've been meaning to say.

And cherish the time you have together.

You don't need to create a perfect moment. Sometimes simply being there with someone you love is more than enough.

Sometimes care isn't about knowing exactly what to say.

It's about being willing to stay.

PRESENCE is one of our Four Pillars because some of life's most difficult moments don't need to be fixedโ€”they need to be witnessed with compassion.

A chair pulled close.
A hand held.
A story heard one more time.
A family reassured that they aren't walking through this alone.
That's presence.
And it matters. ๐Ÿ’œ

What does โ€œbeing presentโ€ mean to you? Tell us in the comments.

Being out in our communities, connecting with healthcare leaders, listening to local needs, and finding ways to work together is how we make a difference.

At Four Pillars Hospice, we believe rural healthcare matters, relationships matter, and every family deserves compassionate care close to home.

When we work together, our communities grow stronger, and the people we serve benefit most. ๐Ÿ’œ

๐ŸŽƒโ˜• Pumpkin Spice & Hospice Advice with Aubrey Glasgow

If you're caring for someone you love, Aubrey has one request:

Please ask for help. ๐Ÿ’œ

Caregiver burnout is real, and you don't have to carry everything yourself.

There are professionals who do this every day. There are people who have walked this road before you. There are volunteers, community resources, friends, family members, and people who genuinely want to help.

But sometimes you have to let them.

Take care of yourself. Give yourself some grace. And remember that needing help doesn't mean you're doing a bad job.

You are not alone.

If your family needs support and you're not sure where to begin, reach out to Four Pillars Hospice. Even if we aren't the resource you need, we'll do our best to help point you in the right direction.

๐Ÿ’œ Local connections. Meaningful conversations. Stronger communities.

Four Pillars Hospice enjoyed attending the Stephenville Chamber of Commerce State of Congress & Business Luncheon, featuring Congressman Roger Williams!

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with local business and community leaders, hear about issues impacting our region, and spend time with people who share a commitment to strengthening the communities we call home.

Our team also enjoyed visiting with Congressman Roger Williams and Stephenville Mayor Lonn Reisman, a familiar name to the Tarleton State University community!

A special thank-you to the Stephenville Chamber of Commerce for bringing everyone together and continuing to champion local businesses and community connections.
