I want to spend time clarifying what Ohana Wellness offers to the community.
Yoga ~ Wellness ~ Bread
First
🧘We have a large group space where we have all kinds of classes that range from yoga to strength to spiritual.
Classes run daily where you can pick a morning, evening or sometimes in between class.
This was a vision to have as many people together as possible to educate them about their bodies and make them feel empowered to do more physically and have more energy.
Second,
❤️ We have a wellness center with devices that are FDA approved for gentle nudges towards overall health. Open daily.
Light and sound healing, lymphatic healing, brain healing, vagus stimulation, and a foot acupressure pod.
And it just so happens that inside the center we have items for sale (like clothes, jewerly, crystals, gently used home goods, tea, herbal blends, a lending library, amazing water, and more. Items added weekly.
This was a vision I had of being able to provide medical devices locally that are gentle enough for everyone to use and tap into the natural healing ability you already possess.

This grew out of wanting to provide healthy ingredients and nourishing food to compliment a truly whole picture of health.
