💙 Case Management Week — Day 7 | Celebrating Our Team 💙

As Case Management Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to celebrate every case manager who makes a difference every day.

Over the past week, we’ve had the opportunity to introduce you to members of our team — from Northwest Arkansas to Central Arkansas, Memphis, Northeast Arkansas, North Mississippi, and beyond.

We’ve celebrated nurses, Certified Case Managers, advocates, problem-solvers, coordinators, educators, and most importantly, people who care deeply about the people they serve.

But case management is never just about a title or a credential.

It’s about being the person who answers the phone. It’s about finding a resource when it seems like there isn't one. It’s about advocating when someone needs a voice. It’s about coordinating the pieces when the path forward feels complicated. It’s about listening. It’s about caring. And it’s about helping people achieve the best possible outcomes.

Today, we’re continuing our celebration by recognizing another valued member of our case management team.

💙 Meet Jessica Petty, RN, BSN

Jessica brings the compassion and clinical perspective of nursing to her work as a case manager. She is your calm in the middle of the storm! Jessica has been with JMS less than a year, but she also is shining with her proactive problem solving and critical thinking. She understands that behind every case is a person who deserves to be heard, supported, and receive reasonable and necessary care.

Case management takes patience, perseverance, communication, and heart — and Jessica brings those qualities to the individuals she serves.

We’re proud to have Jessica as part of our team and grateful for the difference she makes every day through her dedication to helping others navigate their journey.

As a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager of six years, she understands how important it is to help individuals identify and navigate the challenges that can accompany injury, illness, and recovery.

For Meighan, case management is about more than coordinating services. It’s about building trust, finding solutions, communicating with care, and helping people move forward.

Our Case Management Week celebration continues with another member of our Central Arkansas team!

💙 Meet Arrah Jones, RN, CCM

Arrah brings a go getter attitude, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to helping others to her role as a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager. Arrah has been with JMS for 8 years, but has worked as a case manager for a total of 28 years!

At the heart of case management is the ability to advocate, coordinate, problem-solve, and connect. Arrah understands that every person’s circumstances are different and that effective case management means finding solutions that are specific to the individual.

Her dedication is a reflection of the kind of care and advocacy we strive to provide every day.

Lauren understands that navigating healthcare and recovery can be complicated — and having someone in your corner can make all the difference.

Olivia joined our team just over a year ago, but has already turned heads with her expert handling of catestrophic cases and detailed communication in complex situations.

Great case management requires more than knowledge. It requires communication, compassion, persistence, and the ability to see the person behind the case.

Olivia demonstrates those qualities every day as she works to help individuals navigate their care and move toward the best outcomes possible.

As a Registered Nurse, BSN, and Certified Case Manager, Kayla understands the importance of looking beyond the immediate circumstances to help coordinate care, identify resources, advocate for individuals, and support meaningful outcomes. Kayla has been a case manager for 5 years.

Her work represents what great case management is all about — connecting people with the right care, at the right time, with the right support.

Christina brings a passion for patient advocacy, compassionate care, and the power of case management to make a real difference. With her 9 years of experience as a registered nurse and Certified Case Manager, she understands firsthand the importance of looking at the whole person — not just the diagnosis, injury, or circumstance.

Her leadership is grounded in the belief of serving others and supporting those around her to encourage them to be the best that they can be.
