🍂 It may be 109 degrees outside but FALL ALLERGIES ARE HERE… and Ragweed Is in FULL force 🍂

If you’re already feeling that familiar mix of sneezing, itchy eyes, and sinus pressure, you’re not imagining it — ragweed counts spike hard this time of year in the Upper Cumberland.

At Optimal Health & Performance, we carry Natural D‑Hist and D‑Hist Jr. from Ortho Molecular Products because they’re two of the most trusted, practitioner‑grade formulas for seasonal allergy support. They’re designed with targeted nutrients and botanicals that help your body maintain healthy histamine levels — especially during high‑pollen months like September and October.

Many families use D‑Hist at the first sign of fall allergy symptoms, and D‑Hist Jr. gives kids a gentle, age‑appropriate option when ragweed starts causing trouble.

If fall allergies are already slowing you down, stop by OHP and pick up Natural D‑Hist or D‑Hist Jr. Your sinuses will thank you. 💚

✨ Back‑to‑School = Back to Germs ✨

Every year, as soon as the backpacks go out… the sniffles roll in.

At Optimal Health & Performance, we now carry Viracide by Ortho Molecular Products stocked because it’s one of the most comprehensive immune-support formulas available. It combines targeted botanicals and nutrients designed to support your body’s natural defenses during high‑exposure seasons. Many families use it at the first sign of feeling run down or when they know they’re about to be surrounded by more germs than usual (hello, classrooms). We carry both adult and child formulas!

If you’re ready to stay ahead of the back‑to‑school crud, swing by OHP and grab a bottle. Your immune system will thank you later. ✏️🎒🦠 🤧
